Refund Policy

All Services involve significant allocation of professional time, digital resources, and operational costs. Refunds are not automatic and are considered only in accordance with the applicable service plan.

Any refund approved by the Company will be processed after deducting charges for services rendered, utilized, or reserved.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Resume preparation and customization
• Interview preparation, mock interviews, and training sessions
• Recruiter assignment and job application services
• Automation tools, background verification initiation

No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The candidate fails to attend sessions or respond to communications
• Incorrect or misleading information  provided by the candidate
• Delays are caused by lack of cooperation or unavailability
• Services are impacted by market conditions or employer decisions
• The candidate voluntarily withdraws within the specific timeline applicable to the selected plan or otherwise terminates participation
• If the candidate backout from the process before the timeline of the plan.
• Payment obligations are breached

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• The Company is not responsible for banking or payment gateway delays.

Candidate Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Participate actively in scheduled services
• Comply with payment schedules
• Notify the Company promptly of employment changes

Failure to comply may result in service suspension or termination without refund.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Texas.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
