Recruit Roots is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support data driven decision making across procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution functions. The ideal candidate will analyze supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data related to demand forecasting, inventory levels,
  • supplier performance, and logistics costs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as fill rate, lead
    time, inventory turnover, and OTIF.
  • Support demand planning and supply planning activities by identifying trends
    and forecasting risks.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, and logistics teams to
    optimize supply chain processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and assist in vendor scorecard development.
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives to minimize excess and obsolete stock.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for service level issues and delays.
  • Assist in supply chain strategy initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA preferred).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.
  • Understanding of demand forecasting models and inventory planning techniques.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP) are a plus.
